These fossils re under a great deal Of weight and warmth for hundreds on a large number of years, and in result is a dim substance known as Kerosene. These Kerosene particles at that point in the long run separate into oil or gaseous petrol and are siphoned into your gas tanks. That is correct; your vehicle is running on a restricted gracefully of dead plants and dead fish spirits. We will compose a custom exposition test on Parody Essay or then again any comparable point just for you Request Now So now lets turn the tables. Recollect that person you ventured over while in transit to work in the first part of the day? Recollect the smell of his body that softly brushed over your noses as you deliberately stayed away from him. That man is a piece of a staggeringly high populace of vagrants in America. The measure of vagrants is generally assessed to 2. 3 million to 3. 5 million individuals. That around 1 of every 10 individuals living in the city with no activity, no vehicle, and no obligations. On the off chance that just there was away to flexibly the nation with less expensive and increasingly abundant option in contrast to fuel that is so exceptionally required. On the off chance that lone we had camps that housed the destitute as a byproduct of only physical work. Vagrants are brimming with normal oils. The nonappearance of showers and washing guarantees us that the destitute won't free themselves of their every day scents. What plaques youngsters with skin inflammation can control vehicles and trucks? In the event that no one but we could store the oils the destitute are most likely washing in. How would we arrive at the oils? At the point when we shower the valuable oils are blended in a holder of water and cleanser, and that isn't useful for vehicles. So perhaps this thought is unreasonable all things considered. Human pores are scrubbed through a fundamental procedure that everybody experiences, perspiring. The circulatory system conveys abundance heat in the body towards the outside of the skin, which triggers the perspiration organs. These organs that produce sweat are a blend Of water, salt, and amino acids. At that point the perspiration escapes into a small opening in the skin. These gaps are known as pores and they produce characteristic oils of the body that are typically left undisturbed on the skin of the destitute. The perspiration, while going through the pores, shoots the oils out and permits the body to make increasingly gold. The perspiration of the destitute is an unending wellspring of assets, assets that can run your vehicles similarly just as fuel. So we should simply get the vagrants perspiring. Be that as it may, how might we persuade them to carry on with an existence of physical work and sweat? So what do vagrants need the most? They need an occupation. In any case, the destitute are not a focal association; they are covered all around the globe. So we should simply assemble them and give them homes in the desert. Presently we have all the vagrants in a single spot, perspiring together and for a typical decent. Presently what? The perspiration must be gathered, put away, and dispatched out to different organizations around the nation. Vagrants are a mobile gold mine of normal assets. The collecting of assets is as straightforward as getting them to run a lap or even push-ups. By outfitting our own fuel through the body of the destitute We can set up our strength as a country around the nation. The most effective method to refer to Satire Essay, Essays

Is Psychological Debriefing Harmful to Trauma Survivors
Is Psychological Debriefing Harmful to Trauma Survivors Fiascos and unfortunate happenings, for example, mishaps are related with present moment and long haul impacts (Bisson, 2002). Most overcomers of mishaps, floods and psychological oppressor assaults may experience the ill effects of injury. One of such mediations is Psychological Debriefing (PD). It is anyway essential to welcome that not all have bolstered the mediation. Award Devilly and Peter Cotton share the view that PD is destructive in the recuperation procedure of injury survivors. Mitchell is of the opposite assessment. This paper gives a basic investigation of the authorsââ¬â¢ stands. The paper likewise contrasts these perspectives and those of the contemporary research. Realities about P sychological Debriefing Psychological questioning is generally completed by associations for valid justifications. Devilly and Cotton see it as enthusiastic medical aid managed to injury survivors. PD is a piece of the mediations of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Devilly and Cotton are of the view that no association would choose to disregard towards injury survivors. This intercession has made PD one of the most broadly utilized methods (Bisson, 2002). They consider the utilization of the intercession a standard practice for associations particularly in circumstances that trigger mental misery. Bank burglaries, fire episodes and cataclysmic events are genuine models (Bryant, 2002). Mitchell, then again, proposes that the utilization of PD may without a doubt be far reaching. Nonetheless, he underlines that solitary prepared people should deal with it. The treatment of PD by undeveloped people makes it hard to address issues of injury. The way that PD just enhancements psych otherapy is bolstered very much upheld. As needs be, PD ought not be seen as an option in contrast to psychotherapy. Or maybe, it is an emergency intercession measure that offers social help to injury survivors (Mayou, 2000). Feelings Regarding PD Devilly and Cotton are of the sentiment that Critical episode Stress Management (CISM) and Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) are one. They indicate that most investigations including CISD have been clarified in the CISM scope. Note that this recommendation isn't bolstered convincingly. Across the board utilization of a mediation that isn't completely supported by investigate is basic. Most associations receive PD strategies after horrendous encounters (Bryant, 2002). These methods are respected to go past â⬠Ëemotional first-aidââ¬â¢. Mitchell anyway has various sentiments in regards to PD. CISD and CISM are two words that are utilized only. Mitchell attests that CISD is a procedure inside CISM. Though CISM alludes to the field, CISD alludes to the gathering procedure in the mediation of horrendous encounters. IN ADDITION, Mitchell states that much research has been completed to approve the utilization of PD in dealing with injury cases. PD is Harmful to Survivors of Trauma Most clinicians are of the view that CISM and CISD relieve the effects of long haul poor working (Mayou, 2000). Studies demonstrate that Post Trauma Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a potential probability particularly for those presented to distressing occasion (Bryant, 2002). Devilly and Cotton agree that history of stress is a prime hazard factor for sadness. PD expanded the likelihood of creating PTSD. Studies demonstrate that PD intercessions were more awful than no-mediations most definitely. The states of individ uals who got CISD decayed with respect to other PTSD indications AND recuperation. Devilly and Cotton concur that a solid workforce means a beneficial workforce. Be that as it may, authoritative clinical intercessions have indicated practically no impacts on the presentation results. The best issue has is still on creating intercessions that deflect wiped out workforce after injury. PD is viewed as instrument that guarantees that associations are shielded from prosecution. Howellââ¬â¢s case means that CISD are normally led on grounds of helping the damaged. Devilly and Cotton neglected to address a few issues in their investigation. Devilly and Cotton neglected to finish up on the CISM/CISD banter. An individual who relies upon their examination to recognize the two will be increasingly confounded. PD isn't Harmful to Survivors of Trauma Mitchell demands that PD is anything but a destructive mediation for injury survivors. He demands that PD isn't horrendous fear mongering as Dev illy and Cotton indicate. The WTO shelling in 2001 was a worldwide issue that called for quick intercession. The utilization of prepared cops to offer questioning meetings to the casualties of the fear based oppression assault was exemplary (Deahl, 2000). This affirms the way that appropriately prepared people produce constructive results. Promoting We will compose a custom article test on Is Psychological Debriefing Harmful to Trauma Survivors? explicitly for you for just $16.05 $11/page Learn More Single meeting debriefings are fundamentally restricted by numerous associations like The American Red Cross, Salvation Army and American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress. CISD has been mistaken for single meeting debriefings. The disarray that exists among CISM and CISD has been tended to. It is viewed as off-base to liken the two. CISM is an immense field that joins among numerous a few procedures, for example, CISD. The meaning of CISM in at any rate eight companion evaluated di aries is a reasonable validation that in fact the field is progressed and sponsored by enough writing. In spite of the way that Mitchell demands that PD isn't destructive, he neglects to give a few occasions in which the mediation has demonstrated productive. Furthermore, he neglects to give the most suitable time when psychotherapy ought to be given. How Credible Were the Authors? The validity of the creators supporting and contradicting the intercession of PD shifts. Devilly and Cotton contend on grounds of inadequate data. Their conversation opens entryways for more discussion. They show an open view towards issues of CISD, CISM and early intercessions. It is anyway pitiful to take note of that their investigation is started on close to home grounds. They suggest that Mitchell and Everly are ICISF (International Critical Incident Stress Foundation) executives. This case is affirmed bogus. The objectivity of their investigation is risked by close to home contrasts. Mitchell is qui ck to counter the perspectives on his rivals. Notwithstanding, he neglects to truly persuade his crowd on why PG ought to be energized. Devilly and Cotton give a basic examination inside their contention. They propose other elective intercession rules that can be utilized instead of PD. This methodology gives a sign that future research with respect to elective mediations is all around grounded. In actuality, Mitchell neglects to give us future enhancements for PG intercessions which he asserts require unique taking care of. Legitimate cases to help the productivity and achievement of PD are deficient. Devilly and Cotton are Right truly awful mediations are exceptional and require specific people. It is foolish to apply PD in circumstances where the casualties are uninformed of the suggestions related with the methodology (Bisson, 2002). Devilly and Cotton might be uninformed of the distinctions that exist among CISM and CISD. In any case, the way that they give an itemized knowledg e to the two is encouraging.Advertising Searching for article on brain science? How about we check whether we can support you! The broad research completed before as Mitchell implies isn't caught anyplace. Mitchell just sums up the writing by demanding that CISM fuses CISD. The additions related with PD are not caught by any stretch of the imagination. Utilization of terms, for example, multi-million dollar industry and injury the travel industry is overstated and lost. Note that the utilization of PD has just persevered since no different intercessions have been polished. Devilly and Cotton demand that the utilization of PD has been across the board for a few reasons. The way that associations dread case techniques and feel socially liable for horrendous events is clear. Devilly and Cotton are subsequently right in their affirmation that PD mediations are destructive .The damage isn't just mental for PTSD casualties, yet in addition monetary for the associations that look for mental help for their workers. Contemporary Rese arch Most research discoveries demonstrate that PD is destructive to injury survivors. The strategy is related with a few issues that limit its significance (Deahl, 2000). Studies demonstrate that the vast majority experiencing PTSD deteriorate subsequent to being exposed to PD. Randomized Clinical Trials have neglected to give any significant advantages related with the methodology (Mayou, 2000). The comprehension of the social conduct is an essential towards leading an effective PD. PD led in Sri Lanka after the 2004 Tsunami delivered significant disclosures (Deahl, 2000). It was hard for ââ¬Ëtraumatologistsââ¬â¢ to direct PDs adequately. Social numbness was the best hindrance towards the achievement. Sri Lankans were in this way rendered to be in a condition of refusal. A preliminary confirming the proficiency of PD in mishap casualties demonstrated useless in Oxford (Hobbs, 2006). The way that PD is viewed as a demonstration of professionalizing pressure is clear. The vast majority become more terrible in the wake of encountering

Karl Marxs Leadership - Free Essay Example
Karl Marxs leadership impacted Europes perspective on political, social, and economic ideology. He was a successful leader who used power, effective communication, and courage to transform his followers. His leadership not only influenced his followers, but the rest of the world. He transcribed his leadership and ideology into what is now considered tangible scholarly articles. Early in his lifetime, Karl Marx was rarely seen outside of his house because he spent most of his time writing with a small radical group. As Karl Marx grew older, he began to gain more and more power from his followers. Early on, he did not engage with his followers directly. Instead, he gained expert power where he pursued his research in social political theory and received a Doctor of Philosophy. Karl Marx more or less observed and analyzed the working class from afar. He conveyed his expert power when writing to communicate with his followers over his theories. Later in his life, after gaining public recognition for his writings, Karl Marx gained referent power. He established a relationship with his followers who identified with his beliefs. By 1848, Karl Marx represented one of the main pioneers against class struggle in the French revolution. The radical and proletariat groups saw Karl Marx as an icon who understood their hardships. To his followers, his expert and referent power were so prominent that they nominated him to the General Council of the International Working Mens Association in 1864, where he gained legitimate power (Jones, 2016). His followers saw him as a role model and were placing him on a pedestal of power. And even despite Karl Marx having poor health at the time, his followers still felt that he would best represent their organization. Karl Marxs power came from both his followers and his own intellect. He used his power to support and lead his followers towards his vision. Most of his lifes work was composed of writing to communicate his vision of emancipation to Europe. Karl Marx was an efficient communicator; not only were his claims and arguments strong, his delivery was daunting. Karl Marx filled his writing with blunt, cold, sarcastic criticism. In one of his articles, Karl Marx states The aristocracy cannot be given the form of law because they are formations of lawlessnessjust as the bandit son of a robber is not exonerated because banditry is a family idiosyncrasy (Marx, 1842). In a sarcastic manner, Karl Marx is communicating how lowly he thinks of aristocrats. The dark metaphor defiles aristocrats and piques interest in readers. In another example, Karl Marx states This can be determined with almost the same certainty as a chemist determines under which external conditions given substances will form a compound (Marx, 2010). In this statement, he describes how a complex government should be able to easily work out the problems of power and poverty as though the functions of a government should be as simple as the laws of nature. This statement belittles the common sense of government officials and readers who may have adversity to his argument. The way he used written words to highlight the flaws of the government brought fear to many state officials. In addition, his writing was not only bold but clear and concise. In one of his most persuasive pieces The Communist Manifesto, which he wrote with Friedrich Engels, is only thirty pages long. He clearly communicated to his readers his argument and vision not only to Europe but later worldwide. His followers were enlightened by the potential in his vision. Karl Marx transformed the minds of his followers on many different levels: religion, social class, capitalism, communism and more. As a philosopher, he could make them question the foundation of their understanding but as a leader he guided them towards species [Human] essence. In addition to his leadership, Europe was already in a tumultuous state full of revolutions. The written words Karl Marx used to attack the governments added fuel to the fire of his followers. His followers read his articles and books or heard them by word of mouth. He made strong claims and arguments that persuaded his readers to change their lifestyles. In 1848, Paris proletariats rebelled against the monarchy in the French Revolution. Karl Marxs writing transpired hope and courage onto the proletariats. They had faith in their own ability to take action. However, if Karl Marx wanted to impact the proletariats immediately, he should have used oral communication such as rallies, protests, and public speeches as a means to communicate with the working class since most were illiterate during the nineteenth century. Nevertheless, his leadership guided Europe towards the emergence of a revolution. Not only did Karl Marx write about emancipation, he set an example to his followers by rebelling against those who oppressed him. His defiance empowered his followers to not play sheep and to think for themselves. For example, Karl Marxs writings were seen as spontaneous radical acts where he wrote in opposition to many European governments. Specifically, the Prussian government deemed his writing treasonous in 1843 when he was editor for Rheinische Zeitung (Liebknecht, 1969). The rebellious articles were banned after less than a year of publication. However, Karl Marx could not live there in silence; he wanted a platform to speak his mind. As a result of his inability to abide by Prussias laws, he was exiled. Karl Marx moved to Paris and then Brussels only to be exiled in those countries too. Finally, he settled in London where he could freely publish his ideas. Karl Marx showed courage by continuing to write despite having altercations with the law. In addition, this example displays his dedication to write for his followers and inspired them. Karl Marx even acknowledged the importance of female status in society. He stated, Social progress may be measured precisely by the social position of the fair sex (plain ones included) (Marx, 2001). Even when Karl Marx was young, he displayed courage by standing up for his beliefs. Karl Marx grew up in a family in which religion was the foundation. Both of his grandfathers were rabbis and despite the strong religious beliefs, they deemed Karl Marx an ardently atheist materialist (Salter, 1921, p. 6). Even early on, Karl Marx always questioned the foundation of his understanding and even went against the grain of his family to pursue his beliefs. The fear of being an outlier did not impede his personal choice of religion or writing. He was an effective leader because he had a vision and acted upon it. His followers looked up to him as a courageous leader. As a result of his courage and effective communication skills, Karl Marx gained many followers who supported him as a leader. As previously stated, the proletariats of the International Working Mens Association nominated him to the General Council. They sought him out as best suited for the position to make an impact. Karl Marx inspired his followers to the extent that they wanted to carry out his vision. His followers had faith in his words and were eager to hear more about his beliefs. The Communist League even commissioned him and Friedrich Engels to write The Communist Manifesto (Jones, 2016). Before his death, he was able to see his efforts in political change pay off thanks to the help of his dedicated followers. Although Karl Marx had dedicated followers, his mass influence did not peak until after he died. Less than a century after his death, Karl Marxs brutal, cold, cut reflection of capitalism had turned society on its head. Countries like Russia showed their allegiance to Karl Marxs ideology during the Cold War against the United States. Karl Marxs writing not only embodied his vision but his leadership. His efforts to persuade and encourage the proletariats to be conscious and take action is prominent in his writing. His vision had even spread to the East and was revered by many state officials, particularly in China, Vietnam, and North Korea. Mao Zedong and Ho Chi Minh are examples of successful leaders who used Karl Marxs approach to advocate for political change. In turn, Mao Zedong and Ho Chi Minh influenced their followers in China and Vietnam to follow Karl Marxs ideology. Til this day, Karl Marxs ideology continues to impact political governments. Specifically, Chinas communist government embraces Karl Marxs ideology. Citizens of China are impacted by Karl Marxs leadership and scholarly journals from centuries ago. His face is plastered on posters and is still studied in school. Even the universal term Marxism was coined to describe Karl Marxs ideology and has been embedded into modern language. Now, Karl Marxs ideology continues to evolve as one of the most debated political, social, and economic theories. Karl Marx knew that change would not come immediately from his leadership, but that society would take centuries to develop into its final stage. That is why Karl Marx spent most of his life transcribing his leadership and ideology into tangible scholarly artifacts that now anyone could access.

7 Simple Strategies for Teaching Math to Kids
Teaching math to your children is as easy as 112. Go beyond pencil and paper to make math a learning experience thats fun for you and your kids. These quick and easy strategies help you teach your kids math and will turn them into mini mathematicians. Start With Counting Teaching math begins with your child knowing numbers. You can help them learn to count with the same strategies youll be using to teach them math. Children may respond better to memorizing numbers you repeat or may pick up numbers by seeing you count objects from one to ten. A method that may work for one of your children might not be right for another. Gauge each child individually. Once your child begins counting, youre ready to start with some basic math principles. Theyll be adding and subtracting before you know it. Use Everyday Objects You already have everything you need to begin teaching math to your child. Buttons, pennies, money, books, fruit, soup cans, trees, cars ââ¬â you can count the objects you have available. Math is easy to teach when you look at all of the physical objects you can count, add, subtract, and multiply. Everyday objects also help you teach your child that objects dont have to be identical to be important in math. Counting apples is a great math lesson, but counting apples, oranges, and watermelons together expands the thought process. The child is connecting counting with various objects, instead of running through a routine numbers game of 1, 2, 3. Play Math Games There are plenty of games on the market that promise to aid you in teaching math. Hi Ho Cherry-O and adding dice teach simple addition. The game Chutes and Ladders introduces children to the numbers 1 to 100. Advanced math board games come and go, so check stores for todays hot games. Classics like Yahtzee, PayDay, Life, and Monopoly are always good resources for addition and subtraction. Some of the best math games come from your own imagination. Play a math scavenger hunt. Use chalk to scribble numbers on the driveway and quiz your kids with math questions they have to answer by running to the correct number. Begin basic counting skills with blocks. Math can become an activity they enjoy rather than an educational drill. Bake Cookies Soft cookies make excellent teaching tools. While you can count the cookies you bake for simple math, a fresh batch is also perfect for teaching fractions. With a plastic knife, kids can learn how to cut a cookie into eighths, fourths, and halves. The act of visually seeing a fourth created as well as them getting to cut that whole into fourths makes an impression in a childs mind. Use those small cookie pieces to teach your child how to add and subtract fractions. For example, 1/4 of a cookie 1/4 of a cookie 1/2 of a cookie. Put the pieces together so they can see the cookie half. An alternative to baking cookies is to use raw cookie dough or make your own play-dough. Of course, you cant eat your fractions when youre finished learning math, but you can reuse the cookie dough or molding clay. Invest in an Abacus Even the smallest hands love sliding abacus beads back and forth along the wire. An abacus can be used to teach kids addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. With an abacus, kids develop problem-solving skills. Theres a logic behind using an abacus, so be sure you know what group of numbers each colored bead represents to accurately use it. Test Flash Cards Flashcards can show you what 22 equals, but letting kids get hands-on experience with counting may work better. Evaluate your childs learning preferences by trying both flashcards and hands-on experience. Some children learn better by seeing the answer on a card or counting pictures on a card. Others wont truly get the concept of math until you let them count physical objects. Mix up your math lessons to see which method seems to be working best for your child. Make Math a Daily Activity Use math in your day-to-day routine. Help your child get the most out of your math lessons when you incorporate it into your daily life while setting goals they can achieve. At a red light, how many blue cars do you see?At the grocery store, how many boxes of crackers could we buy if we only have $10?At the doctors office, how many kids will be left in the waiting room when three are called to the back?If we only ate 1/4 of our lunch, how much would we have left? How much will diapers cost if theyre 25 percent off?On the freeway, how much do the numbers on the license plate in front of us add up to?How many shirts are you putting into the washing machine? If you need to divide eight quarters among four people at the arcade, how many quarters would each person get? Once you show your child how much fun math can be, they will gain enthusiasm about learning that you can apply to other subjects. Once children enjoy learning, theres no stopping them.

Benefits Of The Death Penalty Essay - 1295 Words
Jonathan Lewin Miss Woods English 2 Honors - Period 6 22 February 2016 Benefits of the Death Penalty One of the most debated issues, whether capital punishment, also known as the death penalty, should be banned or still be used, is still a widely disputed issue at the heart of political debate. Many states recently have been abolishing capital punishment. Yet, as of October 2014, support for capital punishment is still strong as three fifths of Americans continue to back capital punishment. It is important that capital punishment is included as a punishment for all violent criminals for it can be used as a deterrent, taxpayers have to pay less money to sustain criminals, and an executed criminal is no longer a threat to society. States that are considering abolishing capital punishment or have banned it already should look at the positives of capital punishment and reconsider. The first reason to support capital punishment is that taxpayers will not have to pay as much money to house, feed, and provide healthcare for violent criminals. ââ¬Å"About 44 million people in this country have no health insurance, and another 38 million have inadequate health insurance.â⬠(PBS) This is a shocking statistic as criminals in jail are provided with free health care which over 25% of America still doesnââ¬â¢t have. ââ¬Å"For the average 632 prisoners in maximum security prison, the cost was $62,730 each. In the story as the readers we are introduced to MonsieurLantin who had become a lucky young man who marries a young girl at a reception who was the daughter of the provincial tax collector, who died several years ago. MonsieurLantin had modest life with modest salary he earned from the ministry of interior (Sem-VI General 13). He was utterly happy when he married her wife. In the story it highlights that after years of marriage MonsieurLantin loved her more than he did than the first time he met her. Nonetheless, there are two faults he found with the wife. Her first fault he highlighted was that of her love for theater (Gale 65). The story unfolds as it has declared that she always had her loges cured for the performances. Loge is a kind of private box office which is in the theater (Rick 45). On that part it struck with the odds how MonsieurLantin salary could afford to have her wife go to private box office seats to see these performances. This seems to be ideal for a wealthy pe rson as I imagine those seats are very expensive. At this point of the story, there are uncertainties which have arisen at the odds that something was going on with her wife. To raise suspicions to a higher notch, Mr. Latin begs her to go without him, since he does not like the shows. I wondered this could perhaps make her resentful that he did not accompany her to her obsession. Another fault he disliked was her craze with the false jewelry (Rick 55). She was very infatuated with the jewelry (Sem-VI General 43). She often stared the false diamonds as though they were real. There was irony represented in the story since the husband thought that the jewelry we fake and since she knew the truth she often would say, "Look!are they not lovely? One would swear they were real." And he would say "Youhave bohemian tastes, my dear." (Sem-VI General 4) Could she have known something that the husband was not aware? My curiosity had grown at this point. There was abrupt and sudden twist in the story plot, her wife comes down with cough and latter dies from inflammation in the lungs. From this perspective the story focus is clearly not on the wife rather on M. Lantin. The writer from the beginning intended to put Lantin at the core center of attention of the plot. The mourning of the wife was expressed mostly within the story especially what he went while grieving her. He falls into debt later and completely broke with no pay (Italo23). He is then forced to sell the jewelry to enable him to eat when he discovers that the jewels are indeed real and valuable. This insight shed light of her wife, in that he noticed she had an affair that she could afford such huge amount of real diamonds. He knew they could never have afforded such jewelry considering, the salary he was getting so the question was, where did she obtain such money? It is much obvious that she had an affair with a wealthy man who adorned her and bought her jewelry. Object of greed has been in the story he knew where they came from and decided to see them. At the jewelry store some of the clerk finds the situation almost humorous and they could often laugh. It is ironical that the M. Lantin comes to sell the jewelry; they see him eager in doing it. When he sold the jewelry he started forgetting his wife because of the new fortunes he gotten. One of interesting quote from the story was, with money a man can even shake off grief you can go where you please travel amuse yourself! Oh! If only I were rich! (Sem-VI General 3) This shows that he thought money would solve all his issues and make him a happy man which he later realized it was not true. Deception has also been exhibited in the story example he begin to lie to people about his found fortune. He tells his boss that he has acquired three hundred thousand francs fortune as a way of rubbing on the boss face. At another instance at the restaurant when he tell a gentleman that he has four hundred thousand francs which is double the figure he had. This case he was trying to impress them that he was something which he was not (Kostas 6). Conclusion From the story he was trying to fit into a class which he did not belong. He had the impression that the rich are the only happy individual and with money there is no misery. That was confirmed it was not true in the conclusion when he remarried and the wife made his life miserable. The morale lesson of the story money will not buy happiness.
